TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
1. Authorization & Payment By accepting this estimate, the Client authorizes Carbine Land Management to proceed with the described Scope of Work.
Deposit: A deposit is required to secure a position on the schedule.
Balance: Remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the project.
Late Fees: Invoices unpaid after 3 days are subject to a 5% late fee per week. The Client agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney fees incurred in the collection of unpaid balances.
2. Underground Utilities & Hazards
Public Utilities: Carbine Land Management will contact 811 to mark public lines when required.
Private Utilities: The Client is solely responsible for marking all private underground utilities (Septic tanks, drain fields, well heads, invisible fences, irrigation lines, and electrical lines to outbuildings).
Liability: Carbine Land Management is not liable for damages to unmarked private utilities.
Hidden Debris: Repair costs for equipment damage caused by hidden man-made debris (steel, concrete, wire, trash) found within the clearing area will be billed to the Client.
3. Site Conditions & Weather
Access: The Client guarantees proper access for heavy equipment. We are not liable for incidental damage to driveways, curbs, or turf caused by necessary machinery movement.
Weather: We reserve the right to reschedule operations due to wet ground conditions to prevent excessive soil damage.
Rough Grade: Forestry mulching follows the existing terrain. We do not warranty against pre-existing holes, ruts, or uneven ground hidden by vegetation.
4. Vegetation Regrowth Forestry mulching is a land management technique, not a permanent sterilization. Invasive species (Privet, Bamboo, Honeysuckle) will attempt to regrow. We do not warranty against regrowth and recommend a follow-up maintenance plan.
5. Media Release The Client grants Carbine Land Management permission to use photos and videos of the project site for marketing and portfolio purposes. Client privacy (names and specific addresses) will be protected.
